IDGZ is a self-taught artist working primarily with the male form. Raised in El Paso, Texas, his path to art is just a part of his path to honesty: first learning to live openly, then allowing himself to make the work he wanted to see.

His drawings and paintings are studies of masculinity, intimacy, and presence. He approaches the body without irony or apology, focusing on form, restraint, and quiet tension.
